Location: Montreal, Quebec
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate IFS training sessions meeting all regulatory standards and requirements
- Coordinate Rouge Crew training; including initial training, First Aid , Annual Recurrent, Service training and other training as required
- Act as point of contact between Air Canada Rouge and any providers of training services
- Participating in Training delivery audits as required
- Complete Instructor evaluations
- Complete all paperwork and administration duties with attention to detail and great accuracy.
- Responsible for Print materials for all training courses and Publications
- Participates in and/or deliver Train the Trainer programs
- Conducts measurement and evaluation of training
- Coaches and mentors Training Special Assignments
- Review and provide feedback on existing programs
- Conduct Flight Attendant recruitment as required
- Assume any responsibilities delegated by the Manager, Training – Cabin crew
- Maintains safety as first topic day to day
- Completes and maintains Flight Attendant qualifications
- Business Travel may be required
- Ability to support operation 24/7
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous instructional experience preferable
- Bachelor of Education is an asset
- Previous Flight Attendant experience
- Able to obtain First Aid Master Trainer certification
- Working knowledge of the Transport Canada Flight Attendant Training Standard
- Working knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations Parts 1, VI, VIII
- Working Knowledge of Commercial Air Service Standards
- Sound knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Demonstrated Commitment to Customer Service
