Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and energetic Crew Members to join our team for night shifts. This role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and professional customer service
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with proper hygiene practices to ensure safety and quality
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies during shifts
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet customer expectations during busy night hours
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food handling, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient cashiering and order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy night shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen practices
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers
