Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Installation Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation of various building components, performing hands-on tasks, and supporting senior team members in completing projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and basic skills in construction-related trades. This position offers opportunities for skill development in multiple aspects of stone countertop fabrication and installation .
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled installers with the installation of stone countertops.
- Help with the preparation of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Learn and apply techniques for the proper handling and installation of various stone materials.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Basic knowledge of tools.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
