LOT ATTENDANT / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, heavy equipment, tools, and machinery. One day you might be detailing a vehicle, the next towing a trailer, operating equipment, repairing a fence, clearing snow, or helping organize inventory.
What we're looking for:
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Experience working around vehicles, trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment
- Experience towing trailers
- Snow removal experience is an asset
- Heavy equipment operating experience is a bonus
- Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
- Valid driver's licence and good driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
What you'll be doing:
- Moving, organizing, and maintaining vehicle inventory
- Vehicle washing and detailing
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Snow removal and winter maintenance
- Towing trailers and transporting equipment
- Operating skid steers, loaders, tractors, excavators, and other equipment
- Minor construction, landscaping, and repair projects
- Basic maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment
- Helping keep our property looking its best
