What You'll Own

Lead end-to-end warehouse/distribution operations (receiving processing shipping)

Champion a safety-first, people-focused culture

Develop and coach supervisors to build high-performing teams

Drive on-time, accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
-
Use data to manage KPIs, solve problems, and improve performance
-
Optimize inventory accuracy, material flow, and asset utilization
What You Bring
-
7-10+ years of operations leadership experience
-
3-5+ years leading supervisors or team leads
-
Background in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial operations
-
Strong safety leadership and heavy material handling knowledge
-
Experience managing multi-shift / 24-hour operations
-
A data-driven, accountable, and hands-on leadership style
Nice to Have
-
Metal distribution or heavy industrial experience
-
ERP/WMS systems knowledge
-
Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
