We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily operations, coordinate patient deliveries, and help resolve more complex situations with professionalism, empathy, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

Identify patient needs and coordinate the necessary resources to support their care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Contact patients to schedule and confirm upcoming medication deliveries.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls requiring strong problem-solving skills and calm, empathetic, and professional communication.

Process moderately to highly complex requests, billing issues, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide clear and accurate information about pharmacy services and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.
Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Pharmacy Technical Assistance, Medical Administration, or a related field (an asset).

Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or an administrative office environment.

Ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, payment processing).

Experience in customer service or a call center environment (an asset).

Knowledge of billing systems, pharmacy or healthcare software, and standard office tools.

Strong attention to detail and rigor in record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and caring approach toward patients and healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Recognized as reliable, organized, and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
