We’re currently looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our Night Shift team at our Headingley manufacturing facility.

Shift Schedule
- Regular Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Training Period: Approximately 1–2 weeks on an adjusted schedule of 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM to ensure proper supervision and training
Seasonal Schedule Information
During our slower winter season (approximately December–February), night shift operations may temporarily pause.
Rather than seasonal layoffs, night shift employees will be offered opportunities to move to available day or evening shifts during that period, based on operational needs and employee preference where possible.
Responsibilities
- Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic shape moulding machinery
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
- Assist in other production areas as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Learn additional equipment and grow into other functions within the company
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs periodically
- Able to reach 5–6 feet above head level with product weighing up to 10 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- (No public transit available — facility is located 5 km west of the Perimeter in Headingley)
