About the Position
RAD Olive Hospitality Group is building a new food and beverage team for the lounges at two major Saskatoon sports facilities:
- Saskatoon Sports Centre
- Saskatoon Kinsmen/Henk Ruys Soccer Centre
We are looking for friendly, dependable servers and bartenders who enjoy working in an energetic environment. Our business is driven by league games, tournaments, special events and community activities, so every shift can bring a different crowd and atmosphere.
Employees will be part of one hospitality team and may be scheduled at either facility based on availability, events and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Enter orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system
- Verify identification and follow responsible liquor-service practices
- Maintain clean and organized tables, service areas and bar stations
- Complete opening, closing, stocking and cleaning duties
- Assist with tournament service, team functions, catered events and special promotions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, concession and management team members
- Help in other food and beverage areas when required
Qualifications
- Previous serving, bartending or customer-service experience is preferred
- Bartending experience is an asset but is not required for every position
- Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification is required before working a shift involving alcohol service
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, positive and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to reliably travel to both Saskatoon facilities
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
Schedule
Most shifts will take place during weekday evenings, weekends, tournaments and special events. Hours may increase during busy tournament periods and the indoor sports season.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
