ForceVision designs and installs professional-grade CCTV and security systems for warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics facilities, and industrial sites across the GTA and surrounding regions. We're a growing commercial surveillance company based in Burlington, and we're looking for one results-driven sales professional to join our team.
The Role
You'll manage the complete business development cycle – from prospecting new commercial accounts through project delivery. This is a field-based, performance-driven position where your earnings directly reflect your results.
Core responsibilities:
- Develop new B2B relationships in industrial and commercial sectors
- Conduct site assessments and prepare tailored security solutions
- Manage projects from contract signing through successful installation
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure quality delivery
Your schedule:
- Primary field days: Tuesday–Thursday
- Administrative work: Monday and Friday (flexible)
- You manage your own time based on client needs and results
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, security, telecom, or technical services preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, present, and close deals
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Professional presence and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for site visits
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment
