Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting TechnicianJob Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Technician to join our accounting office in Halifax. This is a full-cycle client bookkeeping role for someone who can take ownership of files, think critically, identify problems, and prepare clean, reliable bookkeeping records for review and year-end work.
The right candidate will be confident working with multiple client files, spotting errors, cleaning up messy bookkeeping, asking thoughtful questions, and completing work with accuracy and accountability. We are looking for someone who reduces review time, protects the quality of client files, and takes pride in producing clean, professional work.
Candidates should be prepared to complete a practical skills-based assessment as part of the hiring process.
