Reporting to the Supervisor, Community and Indigenous Relations, Ontario, you will be part of the Community and Indigenous Relations team. You will support the team in achieving our objectives while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, the health and safety code of conduct, environmental responsibilities, and our relationships with and commitments to Indigenous Rightsholders and public stakeholder groups.
Participate in, organize, and coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and overnight travel to communities and mine sites, and provide support for community‑hosted events;
Support social, economic, and well‑being research, assessments, and monitoring activities;
Collaborate with environment, permitting, human resources, procurement, communications, and other internal functions to implement community engagement strategies and procedures;
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience;
College diploma or university degree in social sciences, humanities, communications, Indigenous studies, environment, or a related field of study;
Ability to work effectively and respectfully with diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, skills, motivations, and environments;
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams;
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Kirkland Lake or Timmins Regional Office. Occasional visits to site may also be required.

Compensation Statement
In accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus opportunity. Your individual pay will reflect your skills and experience while remaining competitive within the local market.
Minimum Salary : $86,000CAD Maximum Salary : $114,000CAD
