Septic Pump Truck Operator – Simply Green Environmental

Simply Green Environmental is growing, and we’re looking for a problem-solving powerhouse to join our team as a Septic Pump Truck Operator. We service everything from weddings and festivals to construction sites and remote properties—so no two days are the same, and your ability to think on your feet is your superpower.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive our septic pump trucks (Class 5 required)
- Triage each job with efficiency and professionalism
- Assess site conditions and resolve service challenges on the fly
- Keep your rig clean, your paperwork accurate, and your routes efficient
- Communicate clearly with dispatch to stay ahead of the day
- Deliver top-tier customer service with a smile (even when it’s messy)
- Keep safety, courtesy, and speed at the heart of everything you do
YOU BRING:
- Class 5 license + clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot under pressure
- Experience with vac/septic trucks or air brakes? Big bonus
- Fast, organized, and able to work solo or with a team
- Great communicator who thrives in triage-style field work
- Physically fit and ready to hustle rain or shine

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
