Bartender, Server & Brand Ambassador
Are you energetic, reliable, and passionate about great craft beverages and unique community experiences? The Bored Brewing Company is looking for a multi-talented team member to join our crew!
We are a hybrid taproom and retail space that keeps things fun, fast-paced, and community-focused. We aren’t your average bar, we’re a hub for craft beverages and exclusive merchandise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hospitality Excellence: Provide top-tier service to our customers, whether you are pouring a craft beer at the taproom or serving guests during our weekend pop-up events.
- Retail & Merch Sales: Assist customers with snack and merchandise purchases. You’ll be our brand advocate, helping people get excited about our latest product drops.
- Operations & Efficiency: Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for inventory check-ins, restocking, and using our POS system to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality Experience: A strong background in serving, bartending, or high-volume customer service is a must. You know how to make people feel welcome and how to handle a rush with a smile.
- Certification: Valid ProServe Liquor Staff Training certification is required.
- Brand Energy: You are naturally outgoing and love talking to new people. You can capture the "vibe" of The Bored Brewing Company and translate that into a great customer experience.
- Reliability & Professionalism: We need someone who is punctual, trustworthy, and can work independently in both our taproom and off-site locations.
- Availability: Weekend availability is required.
