We are seeking a Medical Office Administrator (MOA) to support our clinical teams by handling administrative, scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks. This role works closely with nurses and physicians to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experience.
This position focuses on execution and coordination and does not involve clinical assessment or medical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer patient phone calls and emails related to non-clinical inquiries
- Book and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
- Track lab results, and imaging reports
- Communicate with laboratories and external providers as needed
- Prepare documentation for insurance and third-party requests
- Support billing and invoicing processes
- Update charts with administrative information
- Order medical supplies and assist with clinic inventory
- Stock and maintain clinic rooms and common areas
- Support front desk operations and team coverage when needed
Qualifications
- Medical Office Administration diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with EMRs and scheduling systems
- High attention to detail and ability to follow defined workflows
