Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Concord. This role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within our company. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Support Sales team with entering customer orders
- Prepare reports for licensing contracts
- Prepare proofreading documents and handle general clerical duties.
- Contribute to a positive office environment by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel must do V LoopUp and Pivot Tables
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong English speaking and typing
- Experience in ERP System
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a music or retail-related business is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
