In the role of Care and Service Manager (CSM), you have the opportunity to lead our clinical supervisors and front line staff in making a difference in the lives of the patients that we serve.

Participate in the interviewing, orientation, ongoing supervision, and performance management of clinical supervisors
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practicing Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, in a community setting
Must possess a valid G5 driver’s license and maintain access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle for work-related travel
Working knowledge of applicable health care legislation including Mental Health Act, Substitute Decisions Act, Healthcare Consent Act, Privacy / Personal Health Information Act and others
Superior oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, contractors, and staff to resolve conflicts
