Sales Manager – Field, Cash & Carry & Ecommerce Growth
Supreme Food Service Ltd. is a fast-growing B2B wholesale foodservice distributor and Cash & Carry operation.
We supply restaurants, catering companies, cloud kitchens, grocery stores, and convenience stores across the Greater Toronto Area.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Cash & Carry sales, Field Sales team, Wholesale accounts, and E-commerce / Mobile App sales channel.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role.
The successful candidate must be able to manage sales reps, grow customer accounts, increase order frequency, support customer onboarding, and drive strong sales growth across all channels.
Only candidates with food distribution, restaurant supply, wholesale grocery, cash & carry, or related B2B sales leadership experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Cash & Carry sales, Field Sales reps, Wholesale accounts, and E-commerce / Mobile App sales growth.
- Build and execute sales growth strategies for all sales channels.
- Drive continuous growth in revenue, order frequency, customer retention, and market share.
- Support field reps in acquiring new customers, including restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, caterers, and cloud kitchens.
- Increase e-commerce and mobile app adoption by training customers to place orders online.
- Work with sales reps and customer service to shift repeat orders from phone, WhatsApp, and manual ordering to the Supreme website and mobile app.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and gross profit per customer.
- Conduct weekly field visits with representatives for coaching, training, and performance improvement.
- Monitor underperforming customers, inactive customers, lost customers, and low-frequency buyers.
- Maintain pricing discipline, gross margin control, and approval processes for special pricing.
- Recruit, train, onboard, and develop new sales staff as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, customer service, and management teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports for executive management.
- Build a high-performance sales culture with daily accountability and consistent sales pressure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of Sales Management experience in wholesale food distribution, foodservice, restaurant supply, wholesale grocery, or Cash & Carry.
- Experience managing Field Sales teams and in-warehouse Cash & Carry sales.
- Experience growing B2B customer accounts and increasing order frequency.
- Comfortable using ecommerce platforms, mobile ordering apps, CRM systems, and sales reports.
- Proven record of increasing revenue, gross profit, customer base, and market share.
- Strong network in the restaurant, grocery, convenience store, catering, or foodservice sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
- Ability to work independently and create a high-performance sales culture.
- Must be hands-on and willing to spend time in the field with sales representatives and customers.

Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
