We are looking for experienced Forward Deployed Engineers with strong software engineering backgrounds and advanced hands-on experience using Cursor in real commercial projects.
The key requirement is the ability to quickly understand an unfamiliar codebase and become productive within a short time.
The ideal candidate is not just a developer who has tried Cursor. We are looking for someone who actively uses Cursor as part of a professional engineering workflow: codebase analysis, multi-file refactoring, test generation, debugging, documentation, PR preparation, and agent-driven implementation.

Key requirements:

10+ years of commercial software engineering experience

Strong engineering background across multiple technology stacks

Proven ability to work with unfamiliar codebases

Advanced hands-on Cursor experience in real projects

Experience with agentic AI-assisted development workflows

Strong understanding of architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and secure development

Ability to work independently in client-facing consulting or POC environments

Strong English communication skills

Experience with Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Aider, Windsurf, Devin, Replit Agent, or similar tools
