JOB KNOWLEDGE
- Prepare each recipe to East Side Mario’s specifications with attention to detail, using only quality products
- Perform opening, closing and cleaning tasks as instructed
- Once trained, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and ability to coordinate cooking times appropriately
- Maintain a high level of organization and sanitation in all work areas at all times
- Monitor and minimize waste through careful planning and flawless execution
GUEST FOCUS
- Perform all tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Prioritize tasks, be flexible and react quickly to shifting priorities
- Complete all assigned training successfully and in a timely manner
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Follow all policies, procedures, systems and standards including: Health and Safety, Food Safety and House Policies
- Use the required personal protective equipment when applicable

Pay: $15.90-$17.00 per hour
