Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Oil Refill & Service Technician to represent the Dr.Scent brand by providing diffuser oil refill services and maintaining scenting equipment at client locations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial client locations to perform scheduled oil refills for diffuser machines
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot Dr.Scent diffuser equipment
- Ensure all machines are operating properly and meeting client expectations
- Monitor and replenish oil levels as needed
- Maintain inventory of diffuser oils and service supplies
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep accurate service records and submit daily activity reports
- Identify maintenance needs and report any equipment issues
- Represent the Dr.Scent brand professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, maintenance, field service, or a related role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and have a clean record
- Must own a vehicle
