Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- (Food safe level 1 certified if possible)
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and inventory counts
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and guests
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to upsell menu items
- Vietnamese Proficiency preferred
