Overview:
Elite Concrete Specialists in Edmonton is hiring Concrete Workers. This is a seasonal role at 40 - 80 hours per week. Full time and Part time positions are both available. Competitive wages. We will beat your current wage. Weekly pay via direct deposit and full benefits.
Specific Skills
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
- Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
- Install various formwork
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces, Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Responsible for reading drawings
- Smooth and broom finish, dry finish
- Operate a vibrating concrete machine and screed concrete
- Grouting
- Working with and alongside the formwork Carpenters
Experience
2 years to less than 5 years
