Pristine Roofing & Siding Is Looking for Installers
We’re looking for experienced siding and aluminum installers who know what they’re doing and take some pride in the finished product.
Not somebody who shows up late, throws a few pieces on the wall, loses half the tools, and then acts shocked when the job doesn’t look right.
We’re looking for people with experience in:
- Vinyl siding
- LP SmartSide
- James Hardie
- Soffit and fascia
- Eavestrough and downpipes
- Exterior cladding and finishing details
- Reading a work order without needing someone to explain every line
- Keeping a jobsite organized instead of turning it into a disaster zone
The right person does clean work, pays attention, thinks ahead, and speaks up when there’s a problem.
You should be able to work efficiently without cutting every corner available to you. You should respect the customer’s home, keep the site clean, communicate with your crew, and take some ownership instead of blaming everyone else when something goes wrong.
Basically, we’re looking for an installer we don’t have to babysit.
We offer competitive pay based on experience, skill, production, and your ability to consistently meet our standards.
There is room for the right person to grow into a lead installer or foreman role.
Good installers are hard to find, and we believe they should work for a company that respects the trade, values quality, and wants the job done properly the first time.
