Position Summary
We are looking for a Baker/Pastry Team Member to join our kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys baking, is eager to grow, and thrives in a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and baking breads, croissants, viennoiseries, pastries, and specialty items
- Support all stages of production including mixing, shaping, laminating, proofing, baking, and finishing
- Follow recipes and production methods to ensure consistency and quality
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep production running smoothly
- Contribute ideas and creativity as you grow in the role
- Communicate clearly with team members and management

Schedule
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and busy seasons
Compensation
- Starting at $20.00–$23.00/hour (based on overall fit, attitude, and experience)
