RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):
- Ensure a memorable experience for our arriving and departing guests while upholding Hilton Values and Brand Standards
- Maintain a balanced float assigned by the hotel and reconciling all transactions at the close of each shift
- Act as a concierge; assisting guests in all inquiries and accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Answer all telephone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible
- Accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of Reservations staff.
- Complete shift checklist and pass-on important information
- Assist guests with luggage when entering and departing the hotel
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous hotel front office experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and able to multi-task
- Self-starter and takes initiative, a team player
- Previous experience with a property management system an asset
