We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, including data entry, account reconciliation, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday.
- Support bookkeeping activities by recording transactions and maintaining ledger entries.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Assist with budgeting processes and financial reporting tasks.
- Perform account reconciliation to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks related to financial data management and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or ADP.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian is preferred.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of financial services and accounting principles.
- Strong math skills and ability to perform account analysis effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with budgeting and financial reporting is a plus.

Pay: $35,861.47-$67,689.18 per year
