Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to support the growth of the company. This role is responsible for driving sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, and promoting dental equipment solutions to dental clinics and industry partners.
The ideal candidate will play an active role in expanding market presence, generating leads, and strengthening customer relationships through both direct sales efforts and coordinated marketing activities, including trade shows and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's Dental products to dental clinics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Support and participate in trade shows, dental exhibitions, and professional events, including booth setup and on-site engagement.
- Execute marketing activities to support product promotion and brand awareness across multiple channels.
- Present product information and demonstrations to customers as needed.
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media updates, and website content management.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Track sales performance and report results, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product positioning and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (preferably in dental, medical device, or B2C industries).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an asset.
- Willingness to travel and attend trade shows and client visits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of dental or medical equipment is an advantage.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
