Duties
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
