Property management / leasing agent/ handyman
Looking at taking someone on who can help with:
Showings, property management and basic repairs and maintenance, lawn maintenance, snow clearing
Daily task to include, lawn mowing, snow shoveling, laying salt in winter, showing units to prospect tenants, posting rental adds, collecting rent, repairing small things such as leaky faucets, door knobs, painting vacant units, cleaning units on turnover, Landlord and tenant board issues, leasing,
and much more!!
only requirement is that you MUST drive and MUST have a vehicle
Work from home station is mandatory and having a laptop is mandatory aswell
