Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our great team. You will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of health care, delivering compassion, excellence and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Registered with CNO.
- Excellent communication (Clear and well English spoken) and interpersonal skills; communicating between patient and doctor directly.
- Confident in caregiving abilities
- Reliable, Flexible and Professional with a POSITIVE attitude!
- Ability to multi-task and gibe attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and warm environment for our patients at all time with no any type of judging.
- Nursing duties such as administration of any injections (vaccines, sublocade, or testosterone…), drawing blood work, nursing education, wound care, nursing documentation and any other duties that has been ordered by any doctor. ( you will receive full training.)
- Process intakes (new/restarting patients)
- Perform front line work, such as analyzing urine samples and reading results into patient’s profile, answering calls, scheduling appointments, making notes, communicating with doctor’s and being a team player.
- Download documents when received, then upload them into patient’s EMR or the correct mailbox.
- Engage with community partners (such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and pharmacies etc.)
- Team player to work as a team member, between Windsor and Leamington clinics.
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednsday, Thursday and Saturday (not on Fridays)
