We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to join our kitchen family! What You’ll Do
- Craft Quality Meals: Execute prep and plating with precision, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
- Master the Line: Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep your workstation organized (your mise en place is your best friend!).
- Prioritize Safety: Maintain a spotless workspace and strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep our guests and team safe.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Chef and fellow cooks to ensure smooth service and timely ticket times.
- Manage Inventory: Assist with receiving orders and practicing proper stock rotation (FIFO) to ensure peak freshness.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Proven success in a fast-paced kitchen or food service setting.
- Technical Skill: A solid foundation in kitchen operations, knife skills, and various cooking techniques.
- A Team-First Mindset: A positive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality and a commitment to consistency.
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays (when the magic happens!).
- Certification: A valid food handler’s permit (or the willingness to get one—we can help with that!).
