Overview
We are currently hiring skilled Carpenters and Concrete Finishers to join our construction team. We have both wood framing crews as well as a concrete crew. Framing homes, shops and barns. Doing foundations, driveways, basement floors, garages, barn floors, shop floors. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and agricultural sites. Candidates should possess a strong background in construction practices, forming, and finishing techniques, with the ability to operate various tools and heavy equipment, or the mindset and determination to learn. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results while working hard and efficiently. All positions are paid and open to experienced professionals and entry level candidates committed to excellence in craftsmanship.
Duties
- Construct, install, repair, wood frame buildings.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation according to project specifications
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Assist with demolition, renovation, and site preparation activities
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, nail guns , and measuring devices accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, concrete finishing, or related construction fields is an asset
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, masonry techniques, and rebar installation
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate execution of work
- Experience with restoration projects or renovation work is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols within construction environments
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- On site training can be given to the right candidate.
- Candidates must have valid drivers license and vehicle
- absolutely no drugs or alcohol on site
- must be able to show up Monday to Friday on time

Pay: $22.27-$40.45 per hour
