Responsibilities
- Coordinate service schedules and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Perform safety checks on technicians
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of service activities
- Manage and prioritize emergency calls from clients
- Manage work orders, checking for open outstanding orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments
- Prepare and submit to clients documentation and invoices.
- Support sales efforts through upselling and customer engagement when appropriate
- Maintain key relationship between clients and service technicians.
- Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and customer service are upheld.
- Manage AR list for past due payments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of trade industry operations is a plus.
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
