Fix Auto Nepean | Nordic Collision Ltd.
Full-Time | In-Person
We are seeking a Parts Technician to join the Fix Auto Nepean team in a full-time, in-person role.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This role requires verifiable experience working with automotive parts in a production environment, preferably within an auto collision repair facility.
If you have not worked in a production-driven environment handling automotive parts—including ordering, receiving, matching, returns, and internal production support—this role is not a fit.
If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply. This saves your time and ours.
That said, if you do have collision-industry parts experience and take pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting a high-performing production team, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role
Fix Auto Nepean is a well-established, professional collision repair facility with a strong reputation for quality, process, and accountability.
We are seeking a Parts Technician to support our production team by ensuring the right parts are ordered, received, verified, staged, and delivered—on time and without error.
This is a hands-on, internal production support role, working closely with estimators, technicians, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently and profitably.

- Manage parts returns, credits, and discrepancies promptly and accurately
- Maintain an organized, efficient parts area that supports production flow
- Support cycle-time targets by ensuring parts readiness aligns with repair schedules
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members
Note: This is an internal support position. There is no counter sales or retail customer service component.
Key Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum one (1) year of parts experience in a production environment (Collision industry experience strongly preferred and prioritized)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Reliable, punctual, and process-focused
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling parts inventory daily
