What we are looking for:
We are currently hiring a Service Advisors to join our team at Guelph Nissan Infiniti. As a key member of the Service Department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth maintenance and repair experiences, and building long-term relationships that keep our customers coming back.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor plays a critical role in understanding customer needs, coordinating vehicle servicing, and communicating recommendations with clarity and professionalism. You are detail-oriented, personable, and knowledgeable—committed to providing a premium, personalized service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone in a professional and timely manner

Understand and assess service needs using customer input and historical data

Explain repair or maintenance recommendations and estimated costs clearly and accurately

Document service details and maintain accurate repair orders

Ensure timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks

Stay up-to-date with all required brand-specific training and service protocols

Champion exceptional service at every touchpoint
