Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapists (Registered or Resident) to join our healthcare team at one of our three locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting overall well-being. Candidates with hospital experience and expertise in acute care and pediatrics are highly preferred.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Assist in managing acute care cases and pediatric patients with specialized treatment approaches.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment adhering to infection control protocols.
- Experience with MVA paperwork an asset
Experience
- Prior experience working in clinical settings is preferred.
- Experience with all kind of patients age groups is highly desirable, demonstrating comfort working with people of various ages.
- Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices is essential.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
