What You'll Be Doing
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area
- Assist with basic food preparation including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Support cooks and chefs with daily prep tasks
- Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of the night
- Help ensure the kitchen is set up for success each day

- Comfortable performing physically demanding work and being on your feet for extended periods
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
