Starting at $23–$24/hour: When using I Love Cleaning company-provided professional supplies.
$25/hour: For team members who choose to use their own preferred supplies.
Mileage Reimbursement: We value your vehicle and your time. Mileage is reimbursed at the industry-standard rate for all travel between client locations, ensuring you are compensated regardless of whether you are using company or personal supplies.
Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for extra incentives based on client feedback and consistency.

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning services for residential homes, move-in/out transitions, and specialized property maintenance. Because we focus on high-detail results, we are looking for someone who can master our specific systems, manage their time efficiently, and maintain a consistent, high-quality standard in every home.

Requirements
A valid driver’s license and a reliable, personal vehicle.
Availability to travel throughout the Peachland and Vernon areas.
