POSITION
Nations Fresh Foods is recruiting new members in Meat Department.
JOB DUTIES
- Receives, stores, and grinds meats in retail establishment: Unloads fresh, cured, and boxed meats and poultry from delivery truck and transports them to storage room on conveyor and with hand-truck.
- Counts and weighs incoming articles and compares results against invoice.
- Examines meats in storage and rotates meats to avoid aging.
- Cleans grinder, meat containers, and storage room with water hose and broom.
- Take meat orders from customers.
TERMS
- Job Type: Full-time. Up to and including 44 hours per week.
- Hours of work: Needs to be flexible to fit in shift hours.
- Salary: Based on position and experience.
- Location: 2 King Street West, Unit 445, Hamilton, ON
- Requirements: Related experiences in Meat Department is an asset; good work ethics such as punctuality and good attendance.
