Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eavestrough Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining eavestrough systems on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various construction tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience with hand tools and construction techniques is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install eavestroughs according to project specifications
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, caulking guns, and other construction equipment to complete installations
- Seal joints and seams with caulking to prevent leaks and ensure durability
- Assist with related tasks such as restoration work, soffit fascia and aluminum work
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding project progress or issues
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools, construction projects, or carpentry work
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and restoration processes is a plus
- Familiarity with aluminum work such as soffit fascia and eavestrough
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
- Working at heights certificates is ideal
