The position entails: Ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction.
Location: Fly-in 5 star lodge in Northern Manitoba
Maintain highest quality customer service, cleanliness and food service. In addition to serving plated meals to guests, Servers deliver guest coffee each morning, clean guest cabins, maintain laundry room and laundry service, assist kitchen staff with cleaning, limited food prep and inventory. Experience in a full service, structured fine dining establishment and in housekeeping is essential to success in this position. Ideal candidates will also have previous experience in a remote destination or lodge.
Good communication skills and strong work ethic are necessary.
Salary based on experience.
Job Type: Summer and Fall Terms available. (late May to late August, late August thru mid October)
Room and Board included.
Experience: Must have experience in food service and possess good housekeeping skills.
