We are currently seeking a Bilingual Contract Administrator to join our team!
The pay range for this role is: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00.
Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The final offer will reflect the successful candidate's background and demonstrated capabilities.
This position is an existing vacancy within the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains all the company contracts in our shared drive and in SAP.
- Manages communication with distributors to ensure accurate contract processing and coordinates contract changes
- Resolves billing/pricing discrepancies in a timely manner
- Resolves Customer Service queries by providing timely and accurate contract and pricing information, as requested
- Updates Supply Chain with volume changes/product additions or deletions
- Maintains Contract Hierarchy databases
- Maintains the customer buying group listing and stock update
- Submits customer product samples as requested by various business units
- Maintains the company price list in SAP with revisions to pricing, additions, or deletions
- Ensures that contracts are renewed in a timely manner by providing a contract expiry reports to the different business units
- Ensures pricing approvals are obtained and documented.
- Generates reports for department manager as required.
- Works as part of a cross-functional team interacting collaboratively with various internal departments and divisions
- Supports the company sales representatives and customers to ensure that all internal and external inquiries/concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Relationship building: must know where to go for information to resolve issues
- Supports the development of project contract management plans as appropriate
- Interaction with distribution partners (MDP/McKesson), buying groups and customers
- Ensures timely communication of complaints to the Quality department and Adverse Drug Reactions to the Vigilance department as per Standard Operating Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fully Bilingual (English/French)
- Post-Secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels both inside and outside the organization
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft® Office. Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workload
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent continuous improvement skills
- Proven ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain confidentiality
