With the retirement of the current President and CEO on January 8, 2027, North Blenheim Mutual
Insurance Company is seeking a visionary leader to guide the organization into its next chapter. Working
closely with an engaged team and Board of Directors, the new President and CEO will focus on strategic
growth, operational excellence, profitability, sustainability, and continued community commitment while
upholding the values that define mutuality.
The Opportunity

President and CEO will help drive strategic and operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of quality
insurance services to policyholders and continued support for the communities North Blenheim Mutual

Minimum of five (5) years of senior management experience within the property and casualty
insurance industry
Minimum of ten (10) years of insurance industry experience, including completion of the
Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative and supportive management style; empathetic,
motivating, and team-oriented
Demonstrated passion for community involvement and relationship-building
Strong analytical, financial, and quantitative reasoning skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision and strategy into actionable results
Sound critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to support elective and timely decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build open and transparent
relationships with staff, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors

Education
University degree or equivalent experience
Insurance Professional designation (CIP or FCIP)
