Freelance Monthly Bookkeeper Needed
We are looking for a reliable freelance bookkeeper to help manage monthly bookkeeping for our spa business.
Responsibilities:
- Use QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate records
- Categorize income and expenses
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions monthly
- Review and clean up bookkeeping entries
- Prepare simple monthly financial reports
- Assist with HST filing preparation when needed
- Work with our accountant if required
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Previous bookkeeping experience for small businesses
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to complete work on time each month
- Familiar with Canadian business bookkeeping and HST is preferred
This is a freelance monthly role. Please send your experience, availability, and expected monthly fee.
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
