Responsibilities
- Oversee the work of the third-party website developers and be the main point of contact
- Champion the content development based on market/competitive research, internal materials, and interviews with various subject-matter experts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering team and business development team to help develop the content and the design of our current website
- Manage and produce content on various social media platforms
- Manage and drive the website change requests
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, digital communications, communication culture and information technology, or an equivalent program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical writing skills
- Experience with WordPress is an asset
- Be a detail-oriented team player, problem solver, and critical thinker
- Take ownership in order to accomplish new/different requests and explore opportunities to aid in the achievement of company goals
- Experience with Social Media content creation and management is an asset
