This position is for multiple casual vacancies.
We are seeking highly motivated security personnel for positions within a physical security environment specializing in the protection of Canadian Government property. You will have experience within an industrial environment within a warehouse or distribution center or a similar sector where you are responsible for protecting assets. You have strong customer service acumen with ability to resolve issues with a diverse background of individuals including visitors, truck drivers, contractors and client employees. You are able to perform internal and external patrols in cold and hot conditions.
Wages: $18.35 to 21.73/hr
Shift timings: Days, Afternoons, Overnights and Weekends
Location: Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Ontario.
Maintaining accurate, detailed, and clear records of incidents, logs, and communications.
Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities and perform dispatch duties for the site including emergency response.
Acting as the central point for dispatching security staff and coordinating emergency responses. This involves dispatching alarm response calls immediately.
Managing high-stress situations, including life-safety incidents, and notifying authorities in a timely manner.
