Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Barback to support our bar team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations during service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality and food service industry, with a focus on teamwork, customer service, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Restock bar supplies including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and basic food items as needed.
- Support the bar team in setting up and breaking down the bar station before and after shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with guest services by providing friendly support when necessary.
- Help with general cleaning duties throughout the venue to maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately if required.
- Familiarity with kitchen or bar equipment such as cooking tools or beverage dispensers is advantageous.
- Customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests.
- Experience in hotel or guest services is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
