About the Hotel
The Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is a 128-room hotel, owned and operated by Easton's Group of Hotels. Located just off the 401 hwy, it features 2 meeting rooms, the Bistro restaurant and a heated pool with a 100-ft water slide.

Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is looking for someone who is friendly and hospitality-focused to join our team as a Lifeguard!
What will you be doing?
-
Providing pool and water slide supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment while ensuring adherence to hotel safety policies

Knowing and understanding all information and procedures for emergency response, site safety, and security.

Completing daily checks of pool furniture to ensure all are in good condition and tidy around the pool area.

Always being always mindful and respectful towards other team members and hotel guests

Performing functions with minimal supervision.
What are the requirements for this role?

Performing functions with minimal supervision.

Must be 16 years of age or older

Must have a valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification

Must have a valid current National Lifeguard Service certification

Must be dependable, punctual, reliable, and in full uniform for every shift

May be required to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
