Must Have:

Extensive experience developing and owning product vision, strategy and roadmap for complex IT systems

Experience leading dynamic, cross-functional teams in achieving common objectives through continuous design and delivery of user-centric products

Demonstrated strong decision making and prioritization skills

Proven success in managing all aspects of product development lifecycle from its inception to launch

Extensive experience translating product vision into epics and user stories and managing the product backlog

Experience working closely with engineering teams, diving into technical details and leading technical discussions

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
o Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
o Defining the product vision o Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience:

Identify and fill product gaps

Generate new ideas that grow market share

Drive growth

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
General Skills:

Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

Experience working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples becoming an expert with respect to the competition

A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience
