We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shop Service Advisor to lead our service operations and support our technicians in delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing workflow within the shop service operations, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Oversee daily workflow for shop and field service operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Act as a key contact for customer service requirements, scheduling repairs and service work accordingly.

Support technicians by providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and direction on repairs and work orders.

Create customer quotes and review invoices for accuracy, including warranty and customer-pay repairs.

Monitor work in progress and ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong working relationships.

Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Administration teams to deliver seamless customer service.

Train, coach, and support team members through regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Conduct regular shop meetings and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.

Investigate and report workplace incidents or near misses while promoting safety awareness.

Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve processes and efficiency.

Prepare employee schedules and manage departmental priorities to meet business objectives.

Resolve sensitive or complex customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain positive morale and foster a respectful, team-oriented work environment.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
Mechanical experience across Agricultural, Truck, Heavy Equipment, or Lift divisions.

5–10 years of experience in the agricultural or heavy equipment industry.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative approach.

Solid computer and mathematical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

Self-motivated with strong initiative and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
